Linda President - Linda Klokow, MD

Dr. Linda Klokow is a member of SGUSOM's Charter Class (1981). Following residency training in General Surgery, she was appointed Medical Director of SAF, Inc. overseeing a staff of 40 physicians in multiple area hospitals. She also obtained her certification in Hyperbaric Medicine and was a founding physician for a local Hyperbaric/Wound Care Center providing treatment and education to patients as well as educating fellow physicians about new treatments available and the benefit to their patients.

Dr. Klokow joined her current General Surgery practice (10 surgeon- multispecialty) in 1999. She is affiliated with hospitals in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida. She also assists in the training of Operating Room nurses and technicians. She frequently volunteers for community health fairs/events. Her extensive administrative background will be an asset as she assumes the presidency of SGUSOM Alumni Association.
Joe Vice President - Joseph Feldman, MD

Dr. Joseph Feldman has been with Hackensack University Medical Center since 1998, where he is an Attending physician and is Chairman of the Emergency Trauma Department. A graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and St. George's School of Medicine, Dr. Feldman completed his Emergency medicine Residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. Dr. Feldman has extensive experience in the field of Emergency Medicine. Prior to coming to Hackensack University Medical Center, he was Assistant Director of Adult Emergency Services at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. In addition to his responsibilities at HUMC, Dr. Feldman also holds academic appointments at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Medical School, St. George's University School of Medicine and at Long Island University.
Nilay Treasurer/Web Designer - Nilay Shah, MD

Dr. Shah is an Epileptologist in private practice in the New York city area. Upon graduation from St. George's, Nilay went on to complete a residency in Neurology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York followed by a Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Shah co-founded and helps to run the largest health care related websites in the world in the Tablet PC and Pocket PC spaces - which can be found at www.medicalpocketpc.com and www.medicaltabletpc.com.
Pam Secretary - Pamela Murphy, MD

Dr. Murphy completed her training in Emergency Medicine at Brooklyn Hospital Center, following an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Greenwhich Village, New York. Upon completing her training she relocated to the Mid Hudson Valley and has worked in Emergency Medicine at Orange Regional Medical Center. In addition, she is Medical Director for Hudson Valley Regional Emergency Medical Services Council, Regional Faculty for the American Heart Association in both PALS and ACLS and now heads up the Urgent Care Facilities for Crystal Run Healthcare in Middletown, NY.
